In the event of the death of a customer (God forbid), the Capital Market Authority notifies us of the death, and then we suspend the client’s account while keeping the funds invested in the customer's account. We will be contacted by one of the heirs to either liquidate the account and withdraw the amounts, or keep the account activated temporarily until the heirs decide (through the heirs’ agent) to liquidate the account.

If the heirs wish to withdraw the amounts invested in the account, they must attach the following requirements:

  • Deceased paper document from the Ministry of Justice
  • Death certificate
  • A copy of the family card of the deceased
  • A power of attorney document from Najez that includes the power of attorney from all heirs to their agent without exception, according to the following steps:
  1. Home, Documentation Agencies
  2. Power of attorney [enter information of the agent or agents] then [principal]
  3. Agency terms, banks and banks, special options: at [Tamra Capital Company]
  4. Stock options, they have to choose all the required actions and they must also choose that this power of attorney is specific to the inheritance belonging to (...) with an identity number (...) and according to the heirs identification instrument number (..) and dated (..)
  • A copy of the agent’s ID card
  • A copy of proof of the agent’s IBAN number

After submitting all the above documents, we will liquidate all the shares in the account and transfer the amount to the agent's bank account.
